Mindful Body Studio Lab is designed to bring a consciousness to the dynamics involved with all your eating experiences. Have you ever claimed you:

The Eating Lab™ is an experiential process designed to recognize thought processes and connect with bodily sensations that will lead to food enjoyment you didn't think possible. Weight management becomes second nature when the principals of awareness, self knowledge and an integrated experience of food contribute to choice making and the eating process.

I know that making major life changes isn't easy, and a crisis doesn't time itself to your coaching sessions.
