
Mindful Body Studio Group programs are designed to explore particular issues by combining teaching, discussion and coaching. Eight or twelve-week group programs are targeted towards identifying and permanently resolving your own personal weight related obstacles.
Natural and permanent shifts in behavior will occur based on Mindful Body principals for successful weight management:
All group programs include a unique Mindful Body eating lab.
Group participation provides a powerful opportunity to gain support and insights from others through mutual sharing in a safe and nurturing environment. You'll learn "self dependence" . . . how to satisfy your body, mind, heart, and spirit without relying on others or outside stimulus. Living a Mindful Body life is NOT just about weight management!
Each group participant automatically receives One Free Individual Coaching Session.
Each group participant also receives FREE email and phone support between sessions!
I know that making major life changes isn't easy, and a crisis doesn't time itself to your coaching sessions. You're invited to contact me between regular sessions for those times when an issue arises, you need feedback, or you just plain need a quick shot of support. (If I'm not immediately available, I'll get back to you as soon as possible!)
