Individual Coaching Sessions are highly customized to your unique needs and personality which provides the basis necessary to support rapid and effective change.
During Individual Coaching telephone sessions:
I promise that you'll gain much more than the ability to maintain a healthy weight you'll learn "self dependence" . . . how to satisfy your body, mind, heart, and spirit without relying on others or outside stimulus. Living a Mindful Body life is NOT just about weight control!
Each Individual Coaching Session is flexible 45 minutes long. You can select the number of coaching sessions you desire per month based on your personal needs.

I know that making major life changes isn't easy, and that a crisis doesn't necessarily schedule its arrival to the timing of your coaching sessions. You're invited to contact me between regular sessions for those times when an issue arises, you need feedback, or you just plain need a quick shot of support. (If I'm not immediately available, I'll get back to you promptly!)
